Throughout the year, Alan undertakes various commissions for corporate companies, businesses and private clients. Since his first commission in 1981, every client has been delighted with their watercolour paintings that Alan has created.
Prices start from £385 for a framed watercolour painting (image size 7” x 5”) and increase in price according to the size and complexity of the subject matter. A consultancy will take place between Alan and the client to discuss the initial ideas, requirements and budget for the project prior to commencement of the painting. A second meeting is sometimes needed to go through preliminary sketches and reference in order to determine the final composition.

Commissions Abroad
Alan has undertaken commissions for many overseas clients, creating stunning individual and unique paintings of Italy, including watercolours of Venice and Tuscany, as well as paintings of Dubai and Oman. From 2006 to present, one of Alan’s most high profile clients is His Majesty Sultan Qaboos of Oman.
We also offer up to £2000 interest free loans through 'Own art' funded by the National Arts Council, which can be used to purchase prints, original paintings or commissions.
