Alan Reed Art Gallery in Ponteland welcomes you into a relaxed and informal atmosphere allowing the perfect backdrop in which to view the featured paintings. Seeing the work outside of a conventional gallery and in a ‘living room’ setting helps clients to make a choice for their own home or office.

The light and airy studio, with beautiful views across the countryside, gives Alan the ideal place to create his inspirational paintings and prints. 

Subjects include paintings of The North East,  Scotland, Italy and the Middle East.  Landscapes, Cityscapes, Architectural, Figurative, Beach scenes and Sport.  In our Misc section you can buy Alan Reed Art Gift Vouchers and view works by Sherree Valentine-Daines.

Visitors are always welcome to visit the studio and see more of the process of how Alan creates his paintings. See where Alan finds his thoughts and ideas and where he adapts the sights he has seen into beautiful watercolours.

Our opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9.30 - 5.00pm.  However,  we do try our best to accommodate clients outside these hours,  and therefore  can arrange an informal appointment where necessary.

Alan is quite often painting on location and we sometime have to close the Gallery so please remember to telephone 01661 871 800 or email prior to traveling to avoid disappointment .
